Screw the control freaks and their "Emissions tests" if my car doesn't pass I will get it to pass by other means.

Let’s be honest: Saving for a car deposit can sometimes feel like preparing for a storm that never quite hits. Why wait around when you can drive away today? No-deposit car finance means no more waiting for a “perfect” savings moment. Instead, you get the freedom to spread the cost of your vehicle without giving up half your paycheck upfront. For more details on how it works, visit https://carplus.co.uk/car-finance/no-deposit/ No massive lump sums, no financial cliffhanger — just a smooth ride ahead. So, grab the keys and hit the road!
True, recently had a test drive of Audi SQ7 and due to these green restrictions the car simply doesn't drive the way you expect it ti.

I had the misfortune to drive a VW UP last week, 999cc the most basic model car I've seen since the 1970s fiesta popular, hard plastic everything inside, Manual everything not even central locking while using key to unlock and I seemed to struggle pulling off, felt like you had it in 2nd gear, can honestly say I'd sooner drive my 80's honda daily

I'm sticking to diesel as long as possible! recently bought a passat estate 2.0 tdi 190bhp DSG with adblue, plenty power and great mpg plus lots of toys in the r line spec

Sweet! my 24 year old Honda just passed MOT again, really need to get some underbody work done on it next year, was hoping to this year but this shite weather just stops me. It's a doddle to maintain it mechanically, only issue I've had with it engine wise in 40K plus miles since putting this engine in about 7 years ago was pipe came loose from throttle body, rest is just standard maintenance like any older vehicle, replacing suspension bushes, dealing with rust is worst part, pain in the ass that but it still costs so little to run including all maintenance doing it yourself, just getting motivated to work on em these days, one thing it should never fail on easy are emissions as the original engine was like band k 201 to 225g/km but engine in it now was band G 151 to 165g/km

To be honest I'd happily convert me HRV to electric like a guy did with his on youtube but the cost is way too high, twin motor with permanent 4x4 would be cool, if it was 2/3k job yeah but not 8-10k, no way I'd convert old classic sports cars though
