I’m doing ok thanks mate. Ha ha. No, I’m cool with my name otherwise I wouldn’t have used it I was kind of worried what my kids would think but they are old now frankly my nickname was the least of their worries!
My memory is scratchy but it was to do with lending out copied Amiga discs. There was a trend in my school to use the centre piece as an ‘O’ and then they put a couple of letters either side. Being about 13 and juvenile I just put a ‘p’ and another ‘o’ to make POO, so all my discs I lent out had this on the back and everyone knew they were mine so couldn’t tief them.
I walked into a classroom one day and some shouted ‘POOOOOOMAAAAANNN!’ and I thought it was funny. I used it for the first online account I had on the DC, and well, here I am all these years later.
