Cheap new Arduinos need driver

Just a warning to those of you buying cheap Arduinos. Seems like the new ones need a particular USB driver to be detected (well at least on macOS).

I threw one Arduino away because of this only to find the same issue with another from a different vendor

I buy megas quite a bit for my testers and used cheaper ones on the odd occasion. They all seem to work fine on linux systems but the cheaper ones do use a different serial uart which might be the issue. The good ones have a square small chip near the usb but some cheaper ones have a 16pin chip if I remember correct. Also the cheaper ones have less pad area for the regulator making them run hotter and hence cut out if loaded up which is what I do. I tend to stick to Sainsmart as they are cheaper plus work well.
