Coin door bulbs and fixtures

I need some 5v coin door lamps with these fixings - who's the go-to man?

do you need just the bulbs or do you also need the holder

Those are normally standard pinball 6V3 wedge bulbs. The holder normally is part of the coin accepter mounting frame.
