Really need a seperate one as it's going to get too much with all sorts in Body pop's Rave list

Throw in some classic House tracks, type the Artist and Track name as that makes it easy to search for one that's probably been posted
Could hear some beauties you've not already which is always nice

Going to kick it off with a new one to me though I've heard a sample of "It's You That I Want" from this in a mix or something, just got a Laurie Laptop mix on and this one just came on, nice I thought
Know it? shame it wasn't on my Club Music tapes though I lost original tape lending to clown over road and never got it back and it had some of the best stuff on but no idea what was on it when I started remaking the tapes with mp3 in late 90s with internet arrival, still got a song I've not been able to identify
Mr. & Mrs. Dale - it's You (Free House Mix) 1989

At first I thought that was my doctors auto phone in reception …..

It’s you ….. it’s you ……
You’re next in the queue…..
it’s you……. It’s you ….
You got through !!!!! 😂

When I dj ‘ d for a few years in 70s. /80s there were a few good accidentally found B sides … I rarely bought any 33:1/3 EP tho in case I put them on at 45rpm in the reduced light and embarrassingly introduced Pinky & Perky to the disco!

Must have hundreds of flip sides never played or heard…

An A side I adopted from my startup gigs at fourways inn Delamere … this was my Good night Drive safely ‘talk over’ closing music and people would be humming it across the car park…..from its almost charting in 1975 till I retired …. My kids might even use it as my funeral tune?
Hope you had a great night Goodnight!!!

Track: EL BIMBO :: artist BIMBO JET it’s an instrumental was at about no 12 in charts for a few weeks in 1975.

it’s cover no 1 front of my 7” most popular play disco vinyls box, which include classics like The Stripper … & little Eva’s Locomotion and all Tamla Motown classics and the shadows Apache ..Horst Jankowski /a walk in the Black Forest. …Jet Harris / Tony Meehan .. Diamonds & Scarlet Ohara instrumentals (interval music) we did pizza or pie so food break 10.30 ish allowed the music to go on till 1am extended licence on Thursday nights…

Good times I should get them out to play now and then but already having 2 jukes in the lounge it’s setting up a vinyl player is a bit of a chore but love playing LPs in workshop … regularly play Lovin Spoonful greatest hits vol 1&2 from 1960s American folk rock with great lyrics and a degree of humour I sing along with most of the tunes … neighbours must think I have a historic fever condition !!!! as volume is often low but my singing is ex early 70s rock band vocalist impactual !

There are some good B Sides out there :) always like Adam Ant - Red Scab

The amout of 70s songs that had parts of it used in 80s 90s songs in unreal so I try listening to as much old stuff as I can. Shadows Apache in Early Hip Hop it's always nice to hear where it all comes from, 1977 Kraftwerk synth tune used in Afrika Bambaataa - Planet Rock and from same Kraftwerk track the beat used for Kartoon Krews - Inspector Gadget

You certainly don't need to listen to any of the new music dross because there's so much amazing old music you wouldn't have time to listen to it all

I'm just wondering how these go together

Well ya gotta keep the wife happy while she's cooking and ironing

Used to listen to Phil Collins and Genesis loads, we'd sit in my brothers Mk1 Granada Ghia with Genesis blasting through the Panasonic System ah the good old days
I did have the TV on for background noise but switched that shite off when cancelled licence and went back to music or podcasts on anything and everything
