Woohoo! Excited about this! In 3 weeks I'll be in possession of a very nice, fully working original Atari Star Wars upright!!! Yesssssss!

Another plus to this (hopefully) is I can use the monitor to help diagnose my Tempest, which used to play blind, and now does nothing.

I can't wait!

Yeah I have a nice Berzerk, with a superb CPO to fit, which was repro'd over in the States and looks awesome! I need a new bezel, and I'm going to buy one of the JROK PCBs as soon as I get my backside in gear! It's currently running Track & Field - I bought it like this.

I don't have any pics up at the mo, but I'm in the process of doing up the arcade room as we speak, it's getting a complete makeover. Once it's done, I'll definitely be posting pics up here, with pride!

Ok I won't tell... but it was a real bargain! I had to travel to Essex to get it though.

Qix with no sound though? That's half of it's appeal! Man I love the sound of Qix... so awesome!

Ive only ever played it on 60-1, an I play it a lot!!!!!! But after about 15 Jim Beams (my normal pre QIX amount) The sound just stresses the hell out of me..... maybe that's the appeal..... I need one in my life though, a dedicated I mean.
I cant believe you picked up a Berzerk in the UK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got the Qix off Archer, after slowly acquiring components to build my own. I have about 5 complete board sets. I bought it with a sound fault, but chucked one of my spare sound PCBs in and sorted it. Thing is it's done this about 3 times now, so for some reason sound PCBs are dying. I daren't try another until I've sussed out why it's doing it. But this was my Holy Grail game, and I'll never sell it, EVER!!!

I got lucky with the Berzerk. I've had it a few years now, I got it off eBay. I think I was the sole bidder!
