What kind of "summer house" have you got? Any chance of some brief details on footprint etc? It seems to be a constant theme that people run out of space

and are looking for ways to expand and the garden outbuilding seems pretty popular.

cheers

yeah no probs, I had this built by a local company to me. I which i gave them what i was going to be using the building for a base size. They designed up all the building specs!

Floor area is 18f x 10f and 7ft high

Inside the walls are lined and then insulated then wood cladding applied over the top.

Floor is reinforced and lined again to keep damp out.

Full mains power supplied to the workshop via the house and it even has its own alarm system and deadlocks.

Currently heated via one electric radiator (looking into changing this soon tho)

It was for me the best option as arcade machine in the house was a no no lol

Interesting. I was planning to get a workshop around 4m x 4m made by a company called Dunster House in my garden as soon as I can find the time to organise it (so sometime around 2018 probably). Nice to see what a similar building looks like from the inside with some cabs to give it scale. I was planning on a similar double skinned/insulated setup, any idea what sort of temperature you single radiator keeps the room at?

Cheers,

Dan

Yes the bass is quite nice it has a sub down in the front of the cab by the pedal... RELOAD!

It is a good option for a arcade setup but you must double skin it..!

Least of all line it so the damp/wet can not get in!

I have a digital temperature gauge in there....

The temp stays around 7 to 10degrees when the rad on low and is just keeping the chill off but can be turn up so you can be quite comfy, as you don't need a coat or jumper!

The coldest it went down to when i had the heater off for a week while i was on holiday was 0.0 degrees, and it was -7 outside!

Very nice dood. Surely a stand up GTI Club is a waste of space with the 2 players sit down as well? Nice set of cabs tho!

Nice vid dood. I think more collectors should put up some vids of their gamerooms "ready for action". I'll try and grab one of mine in the next day or so and put it up :)
