Have never seen the point of DK Jr .... Found it an irritating and fiddly game. Until this week. The penny has finally dropped. I am immensely sh*t at it, but now find strangely compelling. See how I get on with it over coming months.

certainly happy to break the 1M at last.
Get stuck in James! Like you said, it is irritating.....but it's genius! Once the game mechanics are understood it becomes highly addictive, even more so than Donkey Kong for me by a fair margin. The chains/keys will always be the biggest problem but it's a decent and rewarding challenge.

The trouble is the score can't be verified on the DKF as you have to stream live through Twitch even though I have the video here for proof ...although it's not that important at the moment.

Here's some highs/lows of the game for those interested. It basically shows where I lost lives, mistakes(some big) and general gameplay. The muting/beeps are swearing cover ups
but some may have slipped through the net.
I've learned a lot from this game and looking forward to smashing this score

Hey Al,
Cheers mate. Yeah I didn't want to risk losing my last man pressing for points especially in the hideout as I was gunning for a kill screen as the 1M was already secured but I blew it.
There are still parts of the game I need to change but learning all the time.
