Thanks Al, I thought after fixing some dodgy caps to bring back my jump sound I'd better start playing again.

Find I lose concentration really easily.

I'm trying to work out some strategies for the chain level, so I have started to try and get the keys up to the bottom safe zone, which I think is making the level a bit calmer, although to be fair I'm not playing on level 5 yet?

Hi everyone. Great scores!

My high score on DKJr is 184K.

Took me a long time to break 100K, mainly due to the 2nd time the Bird/Egg dropping/spring board comes around!

Hoping to beat 200 soon.

Any of you guys played this recently?

I swapped a pcb back into a cab last night. 'I bit rusty' doesn't cut it unfortunately. Absolute crap is more like it.

Will be streaming some of this shortly.

^ Assuming you haven't got the hang of that yet Eric?

It's probably the bit that winds me up the most, I try jumping at the start to get the run timing but if I cock it up it puts me in a panic, which aint good for getting across the chains at the top.

On level 2 you don't need to jump at first to set the timing for the moving platform. Just run right from the start and jump on the edge of the first platform and you should land ok.

After level two jumping at the start helps but if you miss the platform just go back and try again. If you jump when just before the platform starts coming back towards you, you'll land on it. No need to panic, save that for when you get to the top!

Also, I find jumping when the spring compresses gives you the best chance of the super jump, Track & Field style!
