I'm not sure if I'm hopeless or blind, but I just find the Japanese cabinets there?

No, the board should be ok. At least it was working before I put it away in storage.
I was just wondering about the cabinet, because there seemed to be some parts missing from it.

OK.

Make sure you check the rechargeable NiCd backup battery on the board. It's notorious for leaking and destroying things.

You have to remove the screws holding the top cover on, the screws holding the slots down, and then remove the screws and nuts holding the board interconnects together. Once you do that you can separate the boardstack and check the battery.

I recommend pulling it and the 470 ohm resistor next to it and soldering in a CR2032 socket on the bottom of the board. This way you get rid of the pesky NiCd and you mount the coin cell socket on the bottom so you don't have to disassemble the board stack to replace it when it dies.

Hey Raymond, good to see you've signed up here - I bought my first ever pcb (a Bubble Bobble) from you a good few years ago!

Hey thanks!

One of the guys on KLOV pointed me to a Fluke thread here so I wanted to add to it. I've done a lot this past week with fixing pods.

Could scan yours and send to me if that’s ok?

Website is back up, but there's nothing on it. I should still have the scans I did on a backup somewhere though, I can check tomorrow.
