Anyone looking for a job in North Derbyshire area doing realtime embedded programming?

We're about to advertise soon so thought I'd throw it out here as I know it may be of interest to some folks.

Rough outline is:

Permanent position.
Embedded C / assembler programmer.
Knowledge of realtime programming essential.
Knowledge of CAN networking and radio remote protocols.
Knowledge of Microchip PIC and dsPIC microcontrollers and associated development tools.
Ability to understand electronic and hydraulic schematic diagrams.
Knowledge of PC based office applications (Word, Excel, etc)
Customer site visits will be required from time to time.
Small team working.

Certain other staff members wanted to specify a gender, max age and hair colour, but I had to remind him that it's probably not a good idea.

Hmm, doesn't quite tick all the boxes, and I don't fancy your daily commute.

Are you assuming that you'd also be allowed to bring game PCBs to repair at lunchtime??? You'd be correct in that assumption of course.

Afraid not. Just a little PIC18F and dsPIC33, usually to get around the C compiler quirks.
