Original Taito board. As soon as I started the game it would drop all of the bombs. I traced it down to a 74ls240n on row N, 3rd from the end, nearest to the dipswitches.
Pin 16 should be high then go low upon pressing the button. There was no high input. I took the chip out, it tested good? I put a new one in and it fixed the problem.
