Another annoying feature, is that because of slow upload speeds, picture upload times out, and when you go to re upload the picture again, it says you have already uploaded a picture with this file name. You then have to rename the original file, and upload again, then the same things happens again.

I quite like outdated stuff as long as it works, and tbh I don't like the Pinballinfo interface very much at all.

Tired of people moving the steering wheel into the boot just cos they're bored with where it conventionally goes.

Just a counterpoint

Is the Forum switch still happening at some point?

This Forum community is great and the guys running it do a great job, but this interface is really outdated. Something like the Pinballinfo Forum would be great.

by the way if suggestions are welcome regarding the forum interface, could you consider removing the drop-down box thing as highlighted in red in the picture below .....

it's regarding the 'hyperlinks' feature, it means (i assume it is not just me)- every time i paste a link into the 'Address:' field, the 'http://' part is always included in the copied and pasted link already anyway (at least for me it is - i'm using google chrome and windows)... i have to always then go and have to edit the pasted link manually to remove the 'http://' part. it would be much better if the 'Address:' drop-down menu thing was removed altogether, so then a link can be pasted in and there's no longer the need to keep having to go in and delete out the 'http://' part.

The past few days the forum has been terribly slow for me and I'm getting quite a few errors when trying to open posts and reply to messages.

It’s been slow for me, but not seen any errors. Have checked my broadband a few times on the strength of it! Not complaining mind, I’m always thankful that somebody bothers their arse to run this. Just if the info helps...

Yeah, posting in particular has been a problem today with erroring out.

Tip: before posting, hit ctrl+a then ctrl+c to copy your post reply. Saves having to type it all from scratch again, if you get the error!
