I don't know if someone has already raved about his game before but I'm going to do so now because I have had a few beers and I am on holiday and during downtime I've played this thing to death.
Freedom Planet is very much a Sonic "fan made" game, but with all the production values you would expect from a 2d sega game from the 90s.
Its basically what Sonic 4 should have been. Its so fast, combat is excellent, 3+ characters to try out (although Lilac is sooooooo much better than everyone else), music is awesome. Make sure you play it on Classic mode as the story sucks.
