Galaxian and galaga control panels

Quick question, does anyone know if these are interchangeable?

I am sure I have see galaxians converted to Galagas so I think so but wanted to check before getting one from the US.

I am not converting I just want a new spare but twisted arcade only shows galaga cp metal...
