Must say the most difficult thing to find was the cabinet. Dynamo cabs weren't very present outside the USA so after ages of searching I finally had decided to import one from there.
The original pcb is rare and pretty expensive but there are lots of conversions out there. Just make sure it's the US version as it's by far the easiest.
