Checked the colour adjustments in the display settings? Pixels default to Natural as far as I know.
Yeah. It looks like there are only two options, natural and adaptive. There's very little difference between them, and no other way to tweak colour temperature or balance that I can see.

the pixel phone i had, had a red hue over the screen, i thought it just needed tweaking a bit, but it was something that was on a lot of them, it wasnt years and years ago either, maybe 2 or 3

interesting - my 7a with GrapheneOS exposes the Saturated option. My stock 8 is the same as yours.

Just look for any app with Samsung in the name, there's loads and a lot of them can't be uninstalled. The S23 had the hardware for WiFi 7 but for some reason known only to Samsung it's disabled. The phone frequently crashed on me and the only way to get it working again was to reset it. Maybe if I'd have put some time into setting it up I could've got it to a point where I was happy but by then I'd developed an irrational hatred 😁

The Motorola on the other hand barely imposes anything and is just a much nicer experience in my view.

Each to their own though, but I won't be buying another Samsung phone
Did you buy this Samsung phone brand new?

If the phone kept dying on you, why didnt you take it back and get a replacement?

Doesn't add up to me

To be fair, they did respond telling me to contact technical support, but if you've ever tried to speak to Samsung technical support over the phone or online you'll know why I gave up and traded for something else. I'm currently about 10 emails and about 2 weeks into trying to get them to fix my hoover 🙄

Been using Sony Xperia for over a decade now I love the pure Android experience as I hate all this touchwiz ect skin that most apply & my icons look proper not cartoony & can be made small.
Currently using a 10 VI just annoying that they dropped the notification light battery life is great can easily get 3 days out of it.
My wife has a phone with the fingerprint scanner in the middle of the screen I prefer it on the side.
I've been told the like of Oneplus/Nothing phones are the best but never tried them.

Isn't a Pixel a bit like having a Android iPhone with loads of models that all do the same ect.
