Great night at Arcade Club!

It was like a forum mini-meet at Arcade Club last night! In attendance were TonyElyod, Purity, Fuzzy (with mini Fuzzies), RGP, Lez, Charliefar, Singy1uk, LukeWells, host U72, and psj3809 from the Retro Gamer forum. Good banter and awesome gaming! Truxton II has gone (boo!) but it has been replaced with Out Zone (hurray!), which is flippin' damn brilliant. Other new games included Metal Slug 6, Rastan Saga and Street Fighter II.

I made it down in the end and had a great night. Met up with a few familiar faces, namely Evil Otto, Fuzzy, Shaun H, Anthony G, and of course Andy (U72) was there. Great lineup of games, good mix of classics, newer stuff and pins. I'm still crap at defender, but I got a few tips on Robotron from Fuzzy, and managed a new PB of 92k (Fuzzy managed a 460k~ game tonight, so I'm nowhere close). I've also got some catching up to do on Shaun to beat his Outzone score. I'll have to fire it up in MAME and practice for next time

Amazing collection of cabs an pins, Judge Dread being a personal favorite of mine.
Thanks for all the advice on mental Cave shooters an Candy Cabs, I definitely think this will be a future investment for myself

I have got that ROM, and the Black label version, although from where I'm not sure. Super colourful game. The HUGE dinosaur thing at the end of level 1 is an awesome site. It would be great to see it in a candy when you get it up and running
