Seeing those big full motion DX cabs in the valuations thread got me thinking of this video of St. Ives down here in Cornwall from June 1990. Its a real nice bit of nostalgia showing St. Ives 34 years ago, and the arcade bit is from 5:19 to 6:37. the arcade is Harbour Amusements, stll there to this day with their 'Hillbilly Moonshine' target shooting setup (you don't see it in the video)! I remember playing most of those cabs on lots of occasions! :D That said, I can't remember what some of them are, specifically the one with that big "Superbike T.T." thing over the top of it. I don't think there's a cab called that so I assume what's under it is some sort of Sega ride-on cab? Also, that's a Four Trax twin isn't it? Some really nice others there are the Buggy Boy three screen cockpit and the TX1 three screen (you only see the back corner), Space Harrier DX, Hard Drivin' DX, and what i'm pretty sure is a Wec Le Mans full motion spinny DX cab. Also pretty sure that table hockey one is maybe a Super Chexx. Nice line up of vintage fruit machines as well. Anyone spot any others? The cameraman didn't go all the way to the back of the arcade where the CosmoSwat and the ShootAway, amongst others like the big cabs like Wheel 'Em In, and those one where you roll a ball up an alley into a target (forget what they're called) were. (y) I'd love all those cabs now, I remember the guy who used to work there saying he remembers loading a lot of them into the back of a lorry to go for scrap! :( Mind you, you'd need a lot of room for all those! :)
