Hantarex MTC900e White screen

I’ve an old Hantarex MTC900/e, I’ve never tested it until yesterday, plugged it in and it was dead, after finding some posts from grantspain I found he’d mentioned the most common issue with these chassis is corroded coil on the TR20 which indeed it was corroded and broken, I repaired this and the monitor now comes on but all I’m getting is a white screen, if I plug in a game the picture does kinda roll, see video with game running.
I must mention I have only the 128v connected, I haven’t got the 220v connected but I believe this is only for degaus.

Have you tried adjusting the ‘screen’ pot on the fly back?

I’ve brought screen one right down to bottom and up to about halfway with little or no change.
Adjusted contrast and brightness pots.
I recapped the neck board as I had caps handy as they looked worse for wearcathaldub2019-09-26 22:28:18
