HDMI Cat6 distribution

Is anyone using Cat6 to distribute HDMI around the house from a single source (i.e. SKY TV)?

Ideally, I do not want to spend a fortune, but need a splitter to three displays and a Cat6 convertor for one of the rooms.

I will need to run cable outside, so need outdoor grade. Do I use armoured or non-armoured?

Anyone done this?

I have used cat6 to do this a few times, the only thing i would say is the baluns are a bit hit and miss.
I have had a £90 set NOT work so I got a cheep set £25 or something and it worked first time no problem ???

you could use the shielded type if you are worried about interference I have set this up with shielded and non shielded
