Hello, Trying to find old arcade game from the 80's purely for nostalgic puroses

During my search it was mentioned that a similar search had popped up on here, the game was a Horse Racing betting terminal
You had 3 positions to bet and there was always 8 horses in each race.

there was a list of about 100 horses named on the front of the machine....the good thing about the machine at my local arcade was that it wasn't random, the horses ran to form .

in each race there was 3 or 4 fences to jump...it would take 10p's and the prices would range from evens up to about 19/1.

the horse names i remember were, ancient lights, grey god, windy gorge, demdyke, the svengali, helmsman, hindenberg, black leg, herald angel...plus many more....anyone remember it.

Hi there, the machine I'm on about was computerized and you placed bets of 10p on the three betting terminals where you could insert the coins, then you watched the race that wasn't a real race with real horses, it was just 8 digital horses that ran from right to left and jumped 3 or 4 fences, the winnings would drop out into the tray after the race.

The one on the left THAT'S IT!!!, used to play it 40 years in my local arcade in England, the thing was, it wasn't random, the horses would run to form, Ancient Lights was the best and hardly ever got beat , also occasionally the machine would malfunction and every horse would be 19/1 or something like that, you could bet the field and win but usually amongst the runners there would be the obvious better horse so you'd just back that....may thanks!!!

Nearly bought some years back .

Was telling me how she remembers so well the pints of beer going up on the header and .. five bob being placed by each of the two players that compete to wind the steeple chase .. 2 player pin ball horse racing .. “Ascot “

That's cool, looks interesting machine and pretty good they could link 5 together for 15 players back then
