Help Identifying Capacitor at position C64

Hi, I am trying to fix a Killer instinct and have noticed a big capacitor missing at position C64. I have a working killer instinct board so took a picture of that one. Does anyone know what cap I need? I googled the text on the side but couldn’t find much. Thanks

CE-US 9519 5EB is written on the cap from my working board.

How’s that gone missing? Someone nabbed it ‘cos the board was bust and considered a spare parts donor?
Just seems an odd place to get smashed off.

I Managed to find one I had stored away. Everything became clear when I managed to get a picture of the other side of the capacitor

Hi John, I stupidly bought a cheap / faulty one from eBay to try and repair. Saying that I “think” I might be getting somewhere with it.
