[Help] Private Messages disabled ?

Hello,
I used to talk with some members via Private Messages, but for some days, each time I try to reply or create a new message, I get a red error message saying this :

Error

Only members with sufficient permission can access this page.

Is this a forum related bug or just an account related bug ?

neither, you need to fill the required number of posts before you can pm other members.

Hi Argon, apologies it's a recent change we've had to implement because a complete moron/arsehole signed up and started spamming our newest members. Therefore we had to put a 10 post minimum and only 3 PM's an hour limit to prevent this happening again. If anyone needs the 3 PM temporarily lifting please contact an Admin and we'll sort it. Argon, I've upped your post count to get you over the limit. Hopefully you'll be able to PM again now.
