Can anyone recall, about 2 or 3 years ago, a full size Atari Fire Truck came up on eBay? Pretty sure it was in Surrey/Kent and also pretty sure it never sold. Anyone recall this or is my brother looking smug for a good reason?

Sunday dinner + last minute guests = Arguments over the weirdest things...

I think Phil is just up the road from me. If I bring the rest of the wine and pudding, can we just pop over instead?

Just brought it down south over Christmas from storage and currently in the shed but you're more than welcome to pop over if the weather's fine and you want to raid the shed ?

No pics at the moment but if I get to it I'll get some.

Like I said though, shocking condition...

I was very close to buying these, I think I've got a copy of the original ebay add and some photos stored away somewhere. I'll have a dig.

I even asked Phil a while back If he was in the mood for selling... I'd make some room for one of these cabs!

Holy cow, that's them. I remember the seventh photo and thinking "meh, smashed screen/bezel...no, wait, Spider-#£%&ing-web!!"

Glad my argument (which i won, btw

) has rekindled the interest in these. Would still like to see them at some point?

I remember them being on too, not the sort of thing you forget when 3 of them come along, like blinking buses.

Kept that abit quiet mate, I wondered what happended to them

I always planned to do them up and sell a couple on as there didn't seem to be much interest in the game back when I bought them. Even the guy selling them said he'd been trying to get rid of them for years.

Now there's a bit of interest it probably makes sense to share them out...

This is always the thing

A few years back no one really wanted a Space Harrier that bad, when 2 DLX ones were on ebay no one was bidding, I had one and had no space to store anymore else I would of bought them

Now there are a line of people that would pay good money for them, but they got shipped to the USA.

Only need one or two people that want this game. I remember when going through mame and seeing the cab, which looks quite cool, then looking at the game itself

Probably quite good fun after a beer and 2 people playing it

You must have some space to store stuff having 3 of them, so glad they didn't get scrapped though, would be a real shame, can't be many over here now

Can remember when there was a deluxe model of a driving game on ebay, starting bid £10 and no one bid, cockpit one with moving seat, not a well known game though, if I'd had the space it would be here still

Got pix? I had one years ago. Gave Sold it to Ade.

I still haven't done anything with it yet. It's good to see there is some love for the old B&W games. I've almost finished setting up the workshop so I'm looking forward to working on some B&W cabs.
