Hello Everyone,

I'm another long time lurker.
I've recently become the custodian of a Taito space invaders cocktail cabinet, which, no doubt I'm going to need some help to get running.

Here's a pic of the cabinet as it arrived.
It has not been switched on in over 20 years.
Much like myself, it has spent most of its existence in a pub.
Unfortunately many of the components seem to be held together with cigarette tar, dust and beer !

I've not tried plugging it in, as I can already see a problem with the monitor. I'll post a separate thread about that....

I like them like this , Same as PCB's the dirtier the better !!! Mean's no one has foofed about with the ( Not always the case with boards and sometimes they been boxed nicely but rare !)

And when you clean it, you see the huge transformation which is most satisfying
