To those outstanding:
(a) UK orders - Please make payment as soon as possible. The whole order can only go ahead after I know the number of books I need to get. Please make payment PAYPAL GIFT
(b) Non UK orders - If you are not in UK, please do not send money. Contact me an I'll try to see how much it costs to send to your country

First of all, thanks to all who have paid already. Most of the buyers have paid.
Can the others who are/were interested please pay by midnight tonight.
If you are not interested anymore, just do nothing please.
I have more than enough orders for the 2nd run to go to print.
Tomorrow, I will be paying the printers and they will send me final proof to sign off. I will also be ordering the XXL Jiffy bags and getting address labels ready.
The printers are usually one week for "order to print to delivery" but the last order took longer as they were busier than normal prior to Xmas.
The UK items will be sent my Royal Mail Recorded.
Orders for abroad (Austria, Australia and USA) will be sent by best courier option.
Think that covers everything. If there are any questions, please ask.

Thanks again for doing this!Just an update for the people who have paid/purchased.
There have been major software issues at the printers. The whole job got "lost".
I have uploaded all the files again today and it is being sent to print today as urgent.
Hopefully with me middle of next week and then shipping next weekend.
