Spent the bulk of the day playing Badlands 2

Chappy - is the Wii U good enough to make it worth buying? Bearing in mind once the fancy controller novelty wore off my Wii didn't get touched much. Oo-er missus

Wii-U does look like it has the support of some real games for a change, unlike the Wii which is just pretend party game after pretend party game!

Hmm, I might not be the best placed to ask about that as I'm easily impressed

Plus points are great though, Nintendo land has plenty of good mini games for playing against the kids (or drunken friends).
Mario is great takes me back to Super Mario World on the SNES but you can have 4 players and someone helping.
ZombiU takes a bit of getting used to and isn't as gung ho FPS as I thought it might be but it's getting interesting.
The controller is pretty fancy and I love it(already got the screen protector on it and a plastic case fitted to avoid wee hands mulching it too soon)

The Sonic Racing game is supposed to be pretty good too so I might pick that up soon.
Overall a solid 8/10 from me
