Inspirational! I've sent an email to Sega and Nintendo to ask for additional schematics to the Mega-Tech and PlayChoice just to see how they respond. It's likely I'll get no response but interesting all the same.

Sega, Nintendo and others can either ignore the request or reply with a standard corporate fob-off.
In the past I got some stuff direct from Hantarex, however it took a few calls too.
A place called "Deith Spares"...not even sure if they are still operational?...sent me some schems by Fax (was over 10yrs ago).

Nintendo told me where I could stick my query with this stock reply:

However, in the interests of continuing to develop and deliver the most innovative and exciting ideas, it is necessary to shift focus to our latest range of games, consoles and accessories.
Unfortunately, this sometimes means that certain products and ranges are discontinued and this includes the product you have contacted us about.
However, these can still be purchased from specialist retailers and traders, both new and pre-owned. We would always recommend doing a little research and shopping around to ensure you get exactly what you’re looking for and we wish you all the very best with this.
Though there are a number of our consoles, games and accessories that have been discontinued, we do still offer limited support for many of them through our customer support centre.
