Hope your eye sight is pretty good as the soldering is a bit dodge to say the least and my handwriting shows obvious signs of using a keyboard all day long

It's an original Taito part interestingly - PN07003

Resistors

- 120 kOhm (Brown Red Yellow?)

- 1 kOhm (Brown Black Red?)

- 100 Ohm (Brown Black Brown?)

Capacitors

- 7.5uF (fat green ones)

- 26pF (tiny one)

Transistors

- C1815 (link to datasheet)

3 of the legs on the bottom are joined by solder (middle 3 on one side, pins 4, 5 and 6)

Wires go to legs 1 and 12
