Ideas for building Milky's Garden Arcade?

I have just had a gamesroom built for my machines and kids playroom. 7m x 6m 2 story. Brick base and wooden barn on top. Price was £17000 but still not finished yet and we are at £33000.
I will post pics early week for you all too see. It was built by a local carpenter. It would have been cheaper out if brick but the planners wouldn't allow it.
Buildings are not cheap unless you do it yourself. Just the ground work, concrete, 600mm wall were £9000.
Just need to try and use the space now.

The cost i've seen those at, you might just as well get a proper building done.

Mine probably cost about 8k but that was with free labour from mate, average builder doesnt make that much really, so if you added say 4k to that for there work and that was 5m x 6m

15k should easy do it and well worth it, can add some money to ya property with home office Bods2013-09-29 17:24:49
