[ukvac] Is my SF2 a bootleg?
Hi All,

I recently got a SF2 PCB, and just got around to having a look at it. I
was wonering if it is an official board or pirate.

The PCB is actually three PCBs stacked on top of each other, connected
by ribbon cables. The top PCB is slightly less wide than the other two.
There's no writing or logos on any of the PCBs at all. Some of the
larger chips on the PCBs (probably eproms) have stickers saying
Mitsubishi on them.

Anyone got any ideas - does this sound like an official board, and if
not does anyone know who made it?

Cheers, Rich.

Hi,

I think that you might have an original. I own a boot leg SFII board and it is on one PCB. I know someone with a proper CPS 1 Capcom SFII board and it sounds very similar to the board you have.... but then it did have Capcom printed all over it.
