Hi All,
This week my Egret 2 Candy Cabinet arrived that has a one player control panel with six buttons and a start button. I've also recently ordered a Pandoras Box 2 and it occurred to me how will I wire up my other buttons to the board? Near my Jamma Harness are some extra connectors that I think are for the extra buttons. One is labeled S another F and the last P. How will I connect these to use all six buttons on my Pandoras Box?

I would love it if some one could explain the ins and outs of this as I am new to all this. Thanks for reading!

The S, F & P connectors are stereo connections for different game systems such as neo geo etc.
Extra buttons are usually connected with a 'kick harness', you may or may not have one of these in the cab.

The easiest way to find out where your extra buttons go is to open up the panel and take a look - they may not have anything wired up in which case you'll need to add extra wires direct to the pandora, or they may head off in to the cabinet somewhere and you can follow them to the end.

Thanks for the reply dude, Never thought that would be for sound! Every thing is wired up apart for the spare p2 Wires. It seems to be connected to the JAMMA Edge connector. Does this mean Im good to go?

Possibly, but you might have to trace where each button is connected on the edge connector. Some cabs have buttons 1-5 wired directly but a separate connection for button 6. The easiest way to find out where wires start and end is by using a multimeter with a continuity test, you touch one probe on the button, then the other probe on the pins at the edge connector one at a time until you get a beep basically.
