Dave is an amazing player and a great guy as well. I love Joust but just can't get to grips on the controls.

There's a lot of good players have surfaced through Arcade Club.

Wow, another fantastic score, Dave!

Joust, like Defender is just one of those games that I'd love to master but am hopelessly bad at.

White/Green on MAME, so Pterodactyl hunting isn't possible.

Nice one, you answered my next question too. I was wondering what the difference between the sets is....I played a few games last night on the Solid Red label version.

I think it's safe to say I won't be troubling your score no matter which version I try on.

Maybe someday Jon. Nowhere near good enough to challenge the 5 lives setting yet (if ever). I did go to Arcade Club a few weeks back with the intention of doing a 'Lonnie' (wrap the score at 10 million). Unfortunately, when I got there the cab was out at a different venue

I did have a short video of Donald Hayes playing TGTS Joust at Funspot a few years back. See if I can find it.
Amazing all round skills David. UK's Don Hayes
