Just stumbled across a fault with my JPAC, it seems to be functioning OK, with all the inputs working fine and the correct LEDs lit. Recently however, I had need to solder the sync pins together on the VGA connector as it would lose sync occasionally, this has required me to remove all the jumpers from the JPAC's sync pins to get a proper picture.
Tried to map a new switched key in Win IPAC but i get a driver failed to install message. Checking out its entry in device manager I see...
This device cannot start. (Code 10)

Anyone else run into this issue? As I say it functions fine but if I ever wanted to map buttons to something different it is effectively locked in its current config.
It was bought in 2014 so it's the version with the 2x PS2 connectors for power and keyboard passthru, rather than the newer micro USB version. Currently connected to my Lordsvale cab's harness via a MVS adapter which has been in place since purchase. Tested on the cab's Win 10 PC and my main desktop, same fault.
