These , one was looped around a terminal other hanging loose , would this cause loss of blue

the yoke has no connection to the colours
did you remove one of those wires?

The left wire was wrapped around the left post,the right wire is just floating

whats the history, normally when you see that someone has changed the yoke from high impedence to low impedence on the vertical - i was expecting to see another wire but i guess it depends on how the yoke was originally wound

is the chassis exactly a kortek ktx 26 or was something else put in?

none of this would affect a colour missing though
