Lack of SSL

I know there are other threads about this but why on earth in 2022 is UKVAC not using SSL? And how on earth has it not been completely pwned by Russian bots?

Let's encrypt is free and can be fully automated, even when sites are hosted on Azure. I've automated that at work for a half dozen. I would offer to help with it but I don't have the spare time for that!

We were holding off resources for the server and forum migration.

However let's see if we can re-enable SSL on this server for now.
