Also there is an add-on for Windows that lets you use up/down shifter for any H shift games:

H2Seq www.racermame.altervista.org/download.htm

I posted here a few years ago about a simial conversion with everything you need and the part numbers for the connectors etc but can't find it. An ultimarc U-HID will handing all the inputs. There is no FFB so you don't need to worry about that but I think you will need to add at least 1x button for view change (the H2Seq app lets you use that single button to cycle through 4x views)

Another useful thread for you:

Don't think you need any fancy graphics card, pretty sure I remember running model3 star wars trilogy from a decent laptop upscaled to 1080p wide-screen and it ran well.

Just fired up the viva nonno up for ridge racer and seems good ! (Not as I can play as such). Thats means I can play ridge racer on it as well as the rest.

Yeh i believe its only when you start applying masks and overlays you need a card as it makes it struggle but I will test all options. If I add then on my super fast PC with built in graphics it struggles.

I would be tempted to change from a high/low to an up/down, would open up a lot more possibilities. While still being playable for outrun etc....

Oh and you need Continental circus, its better than outrun 😝
Continental Circus doesn't get the love it should do, I rate it too after buying one and very cool with the 3D
