Midway Chip Identification.

I'm a large fan of Mortal Kombat 1 & 2 and have a collection of Midway boards. Could anyone do me the favour of identifying a chip for me from what looks to be from a Midway T-unit PCB?

Chip 1.5 is from an NBA Jam T-unit PCB.

Chip 2.0 is from a Mortal Kombat T-unit PCB.

Chip 2.11 is from a Mortal Kombat 2 T-unit PCB.

Chip 3.01 is from an NBA Jam Tournament Edition T-unit PCB.

Does anyone know about the 1.2? I don't want to jump to any conclusions.

Well, it is dated 1992 and according to System16 the only 'T' Unit game from before 1993 (and is dated 1992) was Mortal Kombat (which was also released a a 'Y' unit. simonden2014-01-10 15:09:03

Thanks for the reply, but I have several y-unit boards also and this chip doesn't come from one of those.
