Mini fridge recommendations?

Thinking about getting a mini fridge for the games room (ready for summer

) and wondered what you guys have and can recommend, or know which ones to avoid? I only want a fairly small one that can go on a table top, as I don't have the floor space for one. Think I'd like one with a glass door and interior light, if possible, but open to any suggestions.

lol. I was actually thinking of getting some Tapper artwork stickers for the sides! Didn't think about a bezel.

Yeah with an LCD screen in place of the window, playing the bonus level from Tapper. The fridge only opens if you select the right beer and when it opens it says "this drinks for you"....now you're talkin'...JonTron2018-01-02 15:16:05

Looks nice, I had the branded ones similar to that a few years ago (Calsberg/ Coke etc) but it kept breaking, must have taken it back 3 times before I just gave up. Let us know how you get on as I think I need another one with the World Cup coming up this summer.

What make was the fridge you had that kept breaking? Husky? I haven't decided for sure on the one I linked to, but if I do get it, I'll let you know how I get on with it.

Yes mate it was a Husky fridge, they looked great. When it was working it was spot on but like I said after a few months it just either stopped working completely with the unit burning out or it stopped regulating the temperature so nothing was kept cool.

Ah right, yeah that don't look too bad dude

I had one like that in the loft at start but it was too big for what I needed, not sure now but think it was from aldi, It worked fine but then I hardly used it, always the worry with cheap ones how good they will be like said about Husky ones

That one looks quite good quality, lock on it too is handy for some if you want to stop kids going in it, don't mean inside it

if it's something that's going to be on 24/7 I wouldn't get anything cheap myself

Another thing to consider is the Energy usage and that's an A+ though they should say the wattage really. 2 shelves also is good

Yeah, trying to avoid going too cheap, but also don't want to spend a fortune, as I doubt I'll be using it all year round. From what I've read, seems the cheaper ones also don't get the beer very cold, either.

yeah a lot are just classed as coolers

for that price, it should be good, when you think how much a full size fridge is these days, only another 20/30 quid, at least if has control on it too

They used to be quality and very reliable, not sure what they like now as on back made in china same as the rest but they should be decent

Searches on ebay bring up some cheap 2nd hand ones
