It could just be something weird on my phone but I can see all the forums when not logged in. On my PC I can only see certain forums until I log in.

Are you sure about that? I just checked on my mobile without being logged in and it all looks OK to me.

Please let me know, for instance if you can see a forums called "Administration and Development"?

I can't see that one logged in or out. I could have sworn when I first checked out the forum before xmas (before I registered) I couldn't see the for sale forum but it's open to all now. Apologies for wasting your time if that's how it should be!

In fairness, I'd be concerned if you could see either of them, logged in or not

It was the first thing I could think to suggest to check.
