[ukvac] More williams CMOS problems!
A week or 2 ago my Stargate had a problem losing the high-scores when
turned off, and I suspected that it was the CMOS RAM, now my Robotron
(installed in the same cabinet, but these boards had been in storage
for a few years till last week) is doing the same.
The batteries are OK, could it be anything else (ie a bad earth maybe
on my newly installed switching PSU).
I just thought I'd check before attacking the boards with a soldering
iron!
Thanks for any replies in advance.
