A fantastic story and to get your grail at the end of the rainbow is just the cherry on top Alex...

Bruno's lair looks awesome and building of it is truly one of the best threads on DLF (all of his lairs 1-3 are fantastic write ups)....

It was great of his family to welcome you both into their home

Did the exhaust on your van make the trip?

I'll have to come and investigate this Sheriff shortly.

I could not believe it was a original Al it was like you had restored it

Fantastic road trip, and what an amazing cabinet to track down. I think Bruno must have the single best collection in Europe, an absolutely amazing selection of cabs!

Not only have you managed to track down an Impossible to find Sheriff cab, you managed to find one in superb condition! Your flawless Nintendo row has just got even better

Amazing. Thanks for sharing the story and all those great pics Alex. The picture of you in your van with the Sheriff carefully wrapped in the back speaks volumes; your face is like a kid on Christmas Day

I'm really pleased for you; the condition of the machine itself is the icing on the cake. It's outstanding.

Fantastic. I have fond memories of playing this game in the Seaway Chippy in Fleetwood, the only place I ever saw this in the wild.
And, although this might sound odd, this cab taught me that a Condor was a bird and not a cigar.

I can see why you collect Nintendo cabs Alex; they are just full of great artwork and colour. The control scheme looks interesting on the Sheriff as well. I thought it was a twin stick shooter.

You are thinking about the Atari Gunfight which is indeed a 2 player game.I don't think I ever played this version Bits.
