Is it just the case of removing a damaged port and replacing it? you got a new replacement?

the port is totally missing it broke off and i have no idea where, it was a micro usb

There are surface mount and through hole then there's a bunch of different shapes and sizes on top of that, you need to find a suitable replacement first.
