After the success and popularity in 2013, NERG(North East Retro Gaming) is back on the weekend of July 5th & 6th 2014

Held at Gateshead International Stadium, the same venue as last year, with the intention of acquiring more machines for your entertainment.

"Same venue, more machines!"

Ticket prices have been held at £15 per day or £25 for the weekend.

Tickets are on sale now for everyone in the North East at That Retro Games Shop in Grainger Market, Newcastle.

Online ticket purchases will be available shortly.

Only 900 tickets available!

An agreed rate has been arranged with the Ramada Encore hotel at £50 B&B per room per night. To get this rate, quote NERG: -

Pretty much zero chance of me making it. Same offer applies though Phyliss... If it works and you want to borrow it then fine by me

NERG was great last year if you didn't go then you really should. I think everything was good, the venue, the cabs, the pins, even down to the traders. They had good stuff at fair prices, one even gave some games away on the Sunday!

Yeah I was one of the traders there it might have been me as I slipped a few extra ones in when people bought a few games, also retro collect who attended gave me a box of spectrum games to take away. Still playing through them now. Great event.

I'm a little shy on pinball machine donations this year. Can anyone help out?

Full transport costs paid for.

Free entry to the event.

Free transportation back and forth from the event to the hotel so vans can be let at the stadium allowing you to have a few shandies during setup and on the Saturday.

And of course, a staff polo shirt :)

It doesn't matter what kind of cancer it is all cancer is a bastard. My Uncle doesn't have very long left as cancer has now gone though a fair bit of his body. Well done for choosing a great cause

El bumpo for the next big even in the calendar, I'm hoping to get s SF4 tournament up and running at this so need some idea's for prizes and a schedule, is it worth a cash prize and a entrance fee? possibly going to charity?

Missed the last couple of posts. Sorry! Ticket sales are doing really well. Over the moon! Much better than last year. I may not have to fork out of my own pocket for this event
