So, i found this "Space Fever" Cab that had been converted to MAME by some Heretic. Anyway, i was not the guy i bought i from, he had had nothing to do with that, he bought it to restore it, but could not find the time. Anyway, i got i for the equivalent of 160 Pound, and got a Pal -Laserdisc player and 3 14" Monitors thrown into the deal. Got in touch with "Chuckie Egg" and he has helped me out so far, i now have almost all of the parts for it, except for the GAME BOARD. If anyone has one, working or non working, please consider the posibility of trading or selling it to me, as you would help me bring a classic back to life.

By the way, i dont think i have the original monitor chassie, (Not the one shown on my crappy pictures, thats a new monitor) i will soon post some better pictures of all my parts for this game!

All help would be most welcome!

Ps. English is my second language so, if there is any missunderstandings, be patient with me ; ).
PPS. The cab has benn repainted but has the original Brown colour on the inside, so ill have it repainted to match the original colour.

BTW, I have the original joystick asemblys. The ones on the game are the mame -hacks that came with the game. Ill be happy to trade/sell them to anyone that has a nintendo coctail cab and whants to run a 60-1 or something whitout ruining their cab.

The Monitor chassie i think was in this cab originaly. But the nrs confuse me? Look at the manufacturing date, then look at whats printed on the pcb. The manufacturing date says 0ne thin and the pcb say an other. Could the printed PCB text be a service date?

Ok, but maybe it was replaced ealy on by an operator? I have two chassies and 3 tubes that came with the deal, and this is the only one from 1980. I think its an olympic tube for it, a friend got that setup in a Scramble cocktail. Maybe this chassie and tube was from a Konami cocktail?

May have been. The sanyo monitors inverse the colours (for a lot of early Nintendo games), so that monitor wouldn't run Space Fever without some kind of hardware to do the inverse colours.

You can buuy adapters that do this.

Ok, i know the seller said something about that, but he said that one of the chassies he sold me was an inverted colour monitor chassie, but i gues he was wrong, sinsce the chassies he sold med was: The chassie you saw in the picture abowe, a new cheap chinese chassie with tube, and an old Hantarex 9000.
