I'm hoping to host a meet at my place (Glasgow) in the future. At the
moment I'm winding up my business to go full time with Northern Light
(performing arts technology), so I can't predict when I'm going to be
working away from home at the moment.

I'm also going to have to service my Tempest and pinball's and maybe get
in a couple of JAMMA cabs (and hide the quiz machine) before I put an
open invitation on the list.

(and hide the quiz machine)

I happen to like quiz machines, as long as they are not costing me £1 a go!

Now that it's working I'll pledge you a loan of my battlezone mini if
you like (as long as someone else 'll take it up the stairs and back).

Ooh! I didn't know you had one of those.

But having already had the displeasure of getting a cabaret Tempest
cabinet up five levels, I think it may be best avoided since the words
heavy and slippy come to mind.

Besides, Murphy's law says that when we got it to my place and plugged
it in, the monitor would probably explode.

This ones a Blockbuster. It's got a really annoying intermittent bug
that causes it to lock up occasionally when it's being fed money. Then
you have to go through it's long winded memory test before it starts
again.

I got it because it's got a smart cabinet just begging to be JAMMAtised.
