No insurance - it went through the hands of 3 different couriers before it landed on my doorstep, so it could have been caused by any one of them.
But I wasn't too upset.... I got a really good deal on the cab (the shipping was far more than the cost of the cab), so that softened the blow. And it helped make the decision to go deep on the restoration - if it was in better condition than I would have been torn about restoring or keeping it original.
