One of the guys will need to look up that 195.66 ip address as I'm on my iPad so can't pathping but your getting 100% packet loss there which isn't right. When I pathping'd earlier it was fine so the issue is somewhere outside of your house but before the UKVAC servers.

With the right info in the morning, the other guys might be ale to pinpoint more.

Isn't that just an ICMP drop rule on the colo perimeter? I thought I was getting the same thing via Vermin during testing
last week.

I know there was a routing issue somewhere on the LINX network to us, that should more or less be resolved. So maybe Garry is a little unlucky and has been coming in via the affected route. I know this is being resolved, but it's not our issue, it's the other uplink providers.

Just tried again with both Chrome and IE.

No problems with Chrome at all, every page loading instantly.

IE has exactly the same issues as previously.

Pathping route for today...

Can't wait for the full results but the dodgy IP is missing but still IE is the same so it must surely be an issue with that.

Ack so an IE issue, it is working fine in IE (IE 8 at home, and IE 9 here at work) so it might be a plugin issue or IE has totally crapped out for you.

It's obviously something I have turned off that this site wants turned on but I have no idea what and, as this is the only site affected, I think I will keep things as they are.

Thanks for all your help chaps.

Just a quick update.

I have just been into every section of the forum and opened a random thread in each.

The only one that didn't load instantly was Consoles & Retro, all the others were fine.

Hopefully the problem is no more.

(Still using IE8, not Chrome.)
