PGM arcade motherboard fault

Hi guys just bought a Igs Pgm motherboard. I plugged it into my pana custom supergun and its not working, i just get a blank screen, but when i tried it on my arcade cab it works, is there an easy fix for this?

Voltage / current difference on the power supply in the pana would be my first thought. But at low voltage I'd expect a PGM to give corrupted graphics etc.. rather than not booting up.
Maybe check also that the Pana has full grounds connected at both end of the jamma connector.

The screen doesnt change from when its off to on. Like its not getting power

I don’t know about PGMs but does it need -5v?

I would say no. The pin is not labelled on the PGM manual Jamma page and I've just beep tested one here and can't find any connectivity between Jamma pin 5 and any of the audio area solder points.
